من تبويب رحلاتي داخل التطبيق، افتح الرحلة النشطة واضغط
إلغاء.
من شاشة تسجيل الدخول اضغط نسيت كلمة المرور واتبع خطوات
إعادة التعيين.
من تبويب المحفظة، اختر طريقة الشحن (CLIQ أو عبر وكيل) واتبع التعليمات على الشاشة، أو راسلنا لو احتجت مساعدة.

راسلنا على البريد أعلاه مع وصف المشكلة، ورقم الهاتف المسجَّل بالحساب إن أمكن، وبنتابع معك.

Open the Trips tab in the app, open the active trip, and tap
Cancel.
On the login screen tap Forgot password and follow the reset
steps.
From the Wallet tab, choose a top-up method (CLIQ or via an agent) and follow the on-screen instructions, or email us if you need help.
