سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «عالخط» (المُشغَّل من شركة عالخط للنقل) بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد هنا.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم الأول والأخير، رقم الهاتف، الجنس، المحافظة، ونوع الحساب (راكب / سائق). كلمة المرور تُخزَّن مُشفَّرة (hash) ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها.
• بيانات السائق الإضافية: بيانات المركبة (الشركة، الموديل، اللون، سنة الصنع، عدد الركاب) وصور رخصة القيادة ورخصة المركبة، وصورة الملف الشخصي، وإثبات تحويل شحن المحفظة.
• الموقع الجغرافي:
  • للراكب: موقع الانطلاق والوصول اللذان تختارهما لكل رحلة، وموقع الجهاز عند الضغط على «موقعي» على الخريطة.
  • للسائق: موقع الجهاز أثناء استخدام التطبيق وأثناء عمله في الخلفية، لعرض الطلبات القريبة منه وتمكين الإدارة من إسناد أقرب سائق. يستمر إرسال الموقع في الخلفية فقط بعد موافقتك الصريحة، ويتوقف بتسجيل الخروج.
• بيانات الرحلات: سجل الحجوزات والرحلات، الأسعار، رموز الأمان، وحالة كل رحلة.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وطابع زمني للطلبات، تُستخدم لأغراض الأمان والحد من إساءة الاستخدام فقط.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

• إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من هوية السائقين.
• مطابقة الركاب بالسائقين، حساب الأسعار، وإدارة الرحلات والمحفظة.
• عرض الطلبات حسب القرب الجغرافي.
• التواصل معك بخصوص رحلاتك ودعم المستخدمين.
• حماية الخدمة من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات ولا نبيعها لأي طرف ثالث.

مشاركة البيانات

• بين طرفَي الرحلة: يُعرض للسائق والراكب اسم الطرف الآخر ورقم هاتفه وصورته (إن وُجدت) وموقعا الانطلاق والوصول، لإتمام الرحلة.
• خرائط Google: لعرض الخرائط والبحث عن الأماكن (سياسة خصوصية Google).
• خدمات ترميز جغرافي مفتوحة (Photon / Nominatim) لتحويل الأماكن إلى إحداثيات.
• مزوّد الاستضافة لتشغيل الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات.
• عند وجود إلزام قانوني من جهة مختصة.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب فعّالاً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وسجل رحلاتك ومحفظتك بشكل دائم خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يوماً، ما لم يوجد إلزام قانوني بالاحتفاظ ببعضها.

حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق:

أمان البيانات

الاتصال بالخادم مُشفَّر عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور مخزَّنة بخوارزمية hash، ورموز الدخول قابلة للإبطال عند تغيير كلمة المرور أو حذف الحساب.

الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجَّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة المُحدَّثة على هذا الرابط مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the "Aalkhat" app (operated by شركة عالخط للنقل) collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the app you agree to what is described here.

Data we collect

• Account information: first and last name, phone number, gender, governorate, and account type (rider / driver). Your password is stored hashed and is never visible to us.
• Additional driver data: vehicle details (make, model, color, year, seat count), driving license and vehicle registration photos, profile photo, and wallet top-up proof of transfer.
• Location data:
  • For riders: the pickup and drop-off points you choose for each trip, and your device location when you tap "My location" on the map.
  • For drivers: device location while using the app and while working in the background, to show nearby requests and let admins assign the nearest driver. Background location is only sent after your explicit consent, and stops when you log out.
• Trip data: booking and trip history, fares, safety codes, and each trip's status.
• Technical data: IP address and request timestamps, used only for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

• Creating your account, signing you in, and verifying driver identity.
• Matching riders with drivers, calculating fares, and managing trips and wallets.
• Showing requests by geographic proximity.
• Contacting you about your trips and user support.
• Protecting the service from fraud and abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to any third party.

Data sharing

• Between the two sides of a trip: the driver and rider each see the other's name, phone number, photo (if available), and pickup/drop-off locations, so the trip can be completed.
• Google Maps: for displaying maps and place search (see Google's privacy policy).
• Open geocoding services (Photon / Nominatim) to convert places into coordinates.
• Our hosting provider to run the servers and database.
• When required by law by a competent authority.

Data retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data, trip history, and wallet are permanently deleted within at most 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep some of it.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data from within the app:

or by emailing us at support@aalkhat.app. Details are on the account deletion page.

Data security

The connection to our servers is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored using a hashing algorithm, and login tokens can be revoked when you change your password or delete your account.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18 years old.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and will publish the updated version at this same URL with a revised "last updated" date.
